While I’m hard at work on Book 2 of The Alpha Chronicles, inspiration has struck for an additional project that I couldn’t resist diving into. This new story brings a fresh twist to the Werewolf genre, blending suspense, survival, and a dark conspiracy into an unforgettable narrative.

The premise: Every year, a mysterious high-frequency tone triggers a dormant gene in certain people, turning them into Werewolves for one terrifying night known as Shift Night. Those who have been bitten in previous years are also affected, ensuring the chaos spreads. Now in Year 7, society has adapted—stockpiling silver, constructing barricades, and bracing for the inevitable.

Set in Bermuda, this story focuses on an island that has eliminated its local Werewolf threat and taken extreme precautions to shield itself. Outsiders are locked out a week before Shift Night, making the island one of the few safe havens in the world. But this peace has drawn the ire of the corporation responsible for the phenomenon—an evil entity engineering the crisis to reduce the global population. Determined to punish Bermuda for defying its plans, the corporation orchestrates the grounding of a massive container ship on the island’s reef the day before Shift Night.

Unbeknownst to the Bermudians, the ship is filled with people who are about to turn, unleashing unimaginable carnage on a society unprepared for this level of devastation.

This story explores themes of survival, community resilience, and the dark side of human greed. It’s an action-packed ride that delves into the horrifying consequences of tampering with humanity’s fate.
